Wow! Me and my family have gone to a ton of Tex /Mex restaurants, but this place is on a whole other level! First off they have out side seating with a lunch menu to choose from. "Hint" everything is good. They also have indoor seating with A/C that's not over powering. Really nice ambiance, It's just rite. The service is great. Ready to take orders on the spot. The food came out hot and fresh. I ordered the fish taco and shrimp taco with rice and beans. My goodness this was the best fish and shrimp tacos I have ever had. If it wasn't so filling I would have ordered more. If you want fresh Tex/Mex food this is the place to go.
Calexico is our go-to when we want to indulge. We love the nachos, the Brussels sprouts, the fish tacos / burritos / bowls. The prices are fair, food is ready fast, portions are pretty big!
Calexico is my go to for burritos. This is my first time ordering from this location, but Calexico as a whole has amazing burritos and this location was no exception. My go to is the carne asada minus the radish coins with an addition of the mango salsa and the Valentina hot sauce. The Cali and the fried chicken burrito are also pretty good.
(Vegan review) The wait staff really know their stuff. Our waiter knew everything that was vegan or not. The burrito was great! Love that they put that wrapped burrito on the grill or grill he tortilla in the pan before they wrap, either way it's great. Would have liked a little more guacamole but other than that it's fantastic. My non-vegan friends loved their food too. (Apparently the "crack sauce" is appropriately named but it's not 'vegan' crack sauce unfortunately). I will definitely be back soon.
